The application process consists of three parts. Part One concerns personal information, including contact and current education. In Part Two, applicants are asked to list their extracurricular activities and summarize college plans. Part Three focuses on the applicant’s scholastic achievement.
Following the return of all parts of the application, the committee members will review the applications and select recipients to receive the scholarship. All recipients will be notified of the amount of scholarship awarded. The Board meets once a year, typically in June, to review the applications, and will notify applicants of the approval decision.
If the applicant is approved, an additional form will be required to receive scholarship funds. The Request for Scholarship and Book Payment form can be downloaded from this site by navigating to the Application page. A copy of your official transcript for the prior semester or quarter, the final bill for current tuition, listing all charges and scholarships, plus copies of receipts for books purchased must be attached for the payment to be made.
